“We Are One”
This cowl has been designed for the Knit A Long in conjunction with Honey Girl Farms Outlander yarns, but of course is also suitable and perfect to make with other yarns as well..

This is an easy cabled knitted piece that can be finished in two different ways allowing the cowl/scarf to be versatile to your own preference of finished look.

For any knitter wanting to try cables this is an easy way to begin, but allows you to finish with a piece that looks far more complicated than it actually is.

If you can knit and purl, you can do this!

Approx Overall Yarn Used 332m on 6mm needles

It can be left as a rectangular shape and worn with a shawl pin to fasten in your chosen style, left to drape around your shoulders, or stitched into the V front cowl….you may need to make two to cover all these options!
It’s been inspired by my love of Outlander, the Scottish Highlands and historical clothing and textiles.
